Dependonauto.com accepts returns within 7 business days. All Returns must have this form below filled out prior to sending the item back, once form is complete dependonauto will email you with a RMA # if your return applies to the conditions. There are no retuns accepted on any electrical items,no exceptions, which includes but not limited to power programmers, distributors, coils, & computers. Any used or altered products are non-returnable. All items must be in clean, new, resaleable condition with factory packaging and ALL pieces EXAMPLE if you purchase a Power Brake Booster and keep the install hardware you will be charged FULL Retail on the pieces you kept. All retuns are subject to a 20% restocking fee and All orginal & return shipping is buyers responsibility, No Refunds on Shipping. Items which are refused or sent back without RMA # & Proper information are charged a 60% restocking fee due to the Extra work. Exchanges are avaible but require a $6.95 handling fee and buyer responsible for ALL shipping. Dependonauto is not responsible for the use or misuse of ANY products sold on our websites, retail, or internet auction sites, this includes but not limited to bodily harm to self or others from use or misuse of any product, damage to vehicle, towing, and/or labor claims to install or diagnosis problems. We will pass on any manufactures warranty that exsist, Dependonauto does NOT warranty or guarentee any product sold.  

 

Here are the easy Steps.

1.Fill out form

2. Receive RMA#

3. Make sure everything is back in Factory Package will ALL pieces.

4.Place a printed copy of the form & RMA # in the package.

5. Put the package in ANOTHER BOX, one that you will provide!

6. On the outside box, (the one you provide) Write in Big letters your RMA# *DO NOT WRITE ON THE BOX WE SENT YOU, If you write on the box or fail to double box your shipment, we will have to rebox your item and you will be charged $6.95 for a Reboxing Fee

 

Failure to follow instructions will result in your item being refused or a higher restocking fee being charged. We are willing to be fair and work with our customers but lately a few bad apples have taken advantage of a good thing.
